About Rotunda Tech
Rotunda Tech Ltd is an independent app company. We have been building software for 15 years, and for the last several we have spent that experience on products of our own.
The company
We build things we would use, and then we look after them.
Our expertise is native mobile, websites and web apps, desktop software for macOS, Windows and Linux, and the streaming and media work that sits underneath all of it — casting protocols, video pipelines, background execution, the parts of a platform that only reveal themselves once real people are using it.
We did not learn any of that from a whitepaper. We learned it in our own products, where a bad decision comes back as a one-star review on hardware we do not own.
How we work

Built to be maintained
Everything we release stays on our own roadmap — we ship its updates and answer for its bugs, so it is written to survive the next platform change rather than just the launch.
The name
A rotunda is a round room under a dome. It stands because the load is shared evenly all the way round — no single heroic beam, no hidden weak point. Our mark is that room seen from above: a ring, with the R set into it.
